At Ashley Beale Nutrition, we prioritize wellbeing over rigid diets. We advocate for stigma-free and respectful nutrition guidance. With emphasis on body autonomy, we sit with our clients as they embrace a new approach to food.
We use evidence-based strategies to promote sustainable health behaviors, instead of "quick fixes". This can look like incorporating new foods into your diet. It can also look like giving yourself more permission and listening to your body. We work to change the narrative altogether - from "fixing" to healing.
With body image, we reject oppressive body ideals and embrace diversity. Some times that looks like challenging the assumptions our clients hold. Other times, it's sitting with them in their unique experiences in their body. Oftentimes, it’s everything in between.
We are dedicated to unlearning systemic injustices in healthcare. Racism, homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia and other forms of discrimination do not have a place here.
